This Web Hosting Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is between HOSTING-PARTNERS.CO.ZA, its parent company, SA Internet News Group cc, with registration nr CK/2006/087682/23 and the party specified in the order form to apply for such Web Hosting Partnership program and incorporated herein by reference. Such party shall be referred to herein as the "Partner" and shall enter into this Agreement by clicking on the Submit button of the Order.

For good and valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:

• We reserve the right to amend the rules and payouts of our Partnership program at any time. All commissions earned prior to any policy change, however, will be honoured and disbursed.
   

• We reserve the right to accept, reject, or terminate any potential or existing Partner at our discretion but such right will nevertheless only be executed if we don't have any other choice or if any actions by said partner place our business and those of other partners at risk.
   

• Partners agree not to represent themselves as our principals or employees or to engage into any agreement on our behalf.
   

• 50% of income will be paid to all Partners for any invoice generated for a client referred by such partner for the full duration that such partner or client stays with us and such invoices are fully paid.
   

• In the event of non-payment of any invoice, the Partner agrees to forfeit any income earned on such invoice or invoices.
   

• Funds earned through this program are kept without interest until the Partner requests disbursement. Funds can be disbursed only by electronic bank transfer or applied towards any hosting account upon request. The minimum disbursement amount is R50.
   

• The partner agree to pay the required monthly fee in time and we reserves the right to cancel this agreement in our own discretion should the partner failed to pay any invoices within 30 days of due date.
   

• We provide all partners with a full web hosting website that can be used to promote this program. Parts of such website can be changed at any time by the partners but we retain copyright and ownership of such websites.
   

• We do not tolerate any types of SPAM to promote our Partnership program using unsolicited bulk e-mail or any such method. Any Partner found to be engaging in such activities will first be warned and it such activities continue will then be terminated, and all income earned will be forfeited.
   

• The whole scope of this agreement is to facilitate co-operation between us and each individual partner to the benefit of all parties involved and under that circumstances these terms and conditions must therefore be read as preventative protection against unfair and risky elements.
